Yesterday was good - no alcohol on my Date night. My husband and i went to a movie. I made a healthy dinner and I ate probably a little too much. But mostly positive day toward my weight loss. This was my lunch:
I had popcorn at the movies but I still think i was in control and made healthy choices throughout the day. 1600 calorie day.
Today Is a Saturday - focusing on making a menu and shopping for the upcoming week. Planning for success! !
