New plan in the old format

I'm going to do gluten free but stay with the same format for calories. I seem to feel the best on a gluten free diet. I cannot believe that I haven't posted since January but also I must admit I have not lost any weight since January and actually gained probably about 6 pounds since then. I know that I can do this I would like to lose 20 pounds before summer is over.
